What is the return policy?
All Pawfect Prints products are custom-made and individually crafted to order. As each item is personalised, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. However, we will replace or correct any product that arrives damaged or is produced in error upon review.
Are any purchases final sale?
All Pawfect Prints 3D products are final sale once an order has been placed. Because each piece is custom-made and personalised, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the issue and provide a replacement or correction where appropriate.
When will I get my order?
Orders generally take between 5 and 10 business days to produce, depending on size and complexity. Once completed, items are shipped via Australia Post, with delivery typically taking an additional 2 to 6 business days. You will receive a notification and tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that during peak periods or for detailed, larger prints, production times may extend slightly.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Pawfect Prints 3D products are designed, 3D printed, and finished by hand in Melbourne, Australia using high-quality materials.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9 Australia-wide, which includes tracking with Australia Post. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. All items are securely packaged to protect your custom print during delivery.
